[Even though it's been two weeks since she's returned from the draft, things haven't gone back to normal for Sakura Oogami. It feels like the energy in Luceti is tenser than normal, that the conversations are heavier. It could just be the company she keeps, but it's having an effect on her exercising nonetheless. Becoming stronger is just as much a goal as it is a method to clear her mind and relieve some stress for the Super High School Level Fighter. Very early on the 13th, she decides two things. She's going to take out some of her stress, and she's going to try to address Luceti as a whole.

Early in the morning, then, anyone will be able to find Sakura depositing cement slabs used for karate outside of Community Housing 5. It's not just one or two slabs, though. By the 8 AM has rolled around, she's carried nearly two-hundred broken slabs of cement to the ground floor. This is work, but she'll stop to speak to anyone who needs to speak with her.

After that, she can be found running through the village. Eight in the morning is a late start for her, so she decided against running in the forest. Unfortunately, Sakura running is a terrifying sight to some. After looping around the town three times and showering, she'll address her journal.]

I apologize for the mess I have left outside of the fifth community housing building. As far as I am aware, there is no "dump" in Luceti, is there? I am in need of a place to dispose of a large amount of broken cement. I will take care of it as soon as I can.

I am also wondering if anyone is familiar with remodeling the apartments. I find myself with too much space and wish to convert some of my rooms. [...] Or build a new place entirely, if such a thing is possible.

[She's about to end her message, but she remembers something at the last second.]

And to the New Feathers of Luceti, welcome. I am Sakura Oogami. If you find yourself in need of answers or moving furniture and other heavy items, I am more than able to assist. If any of you are familiar with Hope Peak’s Academy, I would like to talk to you as soon as possible.

[Once that's over and done with, she can head to her final destination. House 21, you have a visitor. Knock knock.]

[A dog? How strange, she thinks for a moment. She hasn't seen or heard one since entering Hope's Peak Academy. Sometimes, she has to be thankful to Luceti for that.

When the door is opened, Sakura's gaze doesn't waver. She's looking at Minato immediately, and she's not backing down.]

You. Are you Minato Arisato?

[emp3thy]

[Said dog is now trying to desperately wiggle his way past Minato's legs to say hello. Minato knows Koromaru isn't the type of dog to bite or hurt any visitors, but it still would be a distraction right now, so he keeps the doorway blocked.]

I am.

[theogre]

[She hands Minato a scroll without any delay, then. It's neatly rolled and tied, and it bears his name in elegant writing.]

I have come to deliver a letter to you. I apologize for not being able to do so sooner.

[emp3thy]

A letter?

[But she's standing here talking to him, why would she need to send a letter? It seems redunant... But he takes it anyway, and then suddenly recognizes the calligraphy and style of the outside of the scroll.]

...Are you Sakura Oogami?

[The one who left that suspicious note? Minato suddenly eyes her with a bit more concern.

...He'd be flattened if she were here to cause trouble.]

I am.

[It's not redundant in the least! To her. The journals hardly seem formal enough for a penpal, but Luceti lacks a mailing system...she just had to take it into her own hands, getting his address from Oswald.]

...I apologize for not acting sooner. I have never had a penpal before, and I did not know what to write.

[emp3thy]

Penpal...?

[He blinks. And then suddenly, he clicks. He'd forgotten about the SOS Brigade's project this month. The confused look turns into the barest of smiles.]

It's all right. I actually forgot. It's nice to meet you, though.

[theogre]

Yes, with the SOS Brigade.

[The fact that he forgot is not surprising. If only she had delivered her letter sooner...! They would have exchanged many letters by now.]

The honor is mine, Arisato-san. [Japanese people get the honorifics, deal with it.] I will not take as long next time.

[emp3thy]

[That's okay, he defaults to honorifics too, although maybe she'd object to 'Sakura-san'...]

I'll try to be quick, too.

[but you know, standing here in the doorway holding a stranger's letter is kind of awkward...] ...Would you like to come in?

[That is not something she expected. She had only planned to deliver the letter, after all, and he might not even live alone...what if she's unintentionally imposing herself?

And what if...] It would be improper. Perhaps another time, if that is alright with you.

[She's so formal. Despite her appearance, Minato is getting the image of the elegant heiress of an ancient house...

...Well, maybe just heiress of an ancient house.]
